10-12 juniors

My son, who turns 10 this summer, just started track this year and races at the Dicklane Velodrome (outdoor venue) in Atlanta. He has been running the low 19's in the flying 200. This past weekend at the Festival of Speed he clocked an 18.26, how does that fair with other 10-12 year old juniors? I believe they only do the 500 at the nationls for his age, I was just curious.
