Illinois State Time Trial Championships (Road)?

What is the status of the IL State TT championships? the ICA website posted a revised date (9/1) but I find no other information. A= We have not received any information on the IL State TT. The best way to keep abreast of cycling events is to visit http://www.usacycling.org/events/index.php?state=IL&race=&fyear=2007&rrf... The event does not seem to have been permitted by USA Cycling.
